Refund policy

In the event you wish to return an item, Ceramics in the Annexe can accept returns. We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after you receive your item to request a return. 

Please contact us within: 14 days of delivery. 

Post items back to us within: 30 days of delivery.

Conditions of Return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for the return of items and postage costs. To start a return, please contact us at ceramicsintheannexe@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed after items are returned in the condition they were received in.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and help. 

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Custom products (such as order requests or personalised items) are non-returnable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
