Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch items within 2 - 3 working days. Items are sent using a standard tracked service. Don't hesitate to get in touch regarding other shipping services by emailing ceramicsintheannexe@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help! 

Some of our pieces are made to order and are not held in stock. These items are crafted especially for you and will be dispatched within 6-8 weeks of your order being placed, through they may be ready sooner. If your order includes both made-to-order and ready-made ceramics, all items will be shipped together once everything is complete. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.
